It’s too expensive

volume and a relatively unimaginative brand name, 5 Hour Energy has gone from nothing to nearly $1 billion in retail sales in less than a decade. So much for using price to capture customers. Tim Smith, managing
principal at Chicago consulting firm, Wiglaf Pricing says "Customers don't just buy on price, they buy on value – the value that the product or service offers. If you offer a superior product, price it
accordingly". Customers buy because you provide something they value, not just because it is cheap.
