Affiliate Program - Terms & Conditions
The Terms and Conditions listed on this page will govern your participation in the 300kconsulting.com Affiliate
Program. Please read this page thoroughly before joining our Affiliate Program. By filling out the signup form you acknowledge that you have read the terms and conditions below for the 300kconsulting.com Affiliate
Program, and furthermore that you agree with and understand the affiliate terms and conditions set forth therein.
1. Joining the 300kconsulting.com Affiliate Program
By filling out the affiliate
signup form you will automatically become an affiliate of 300kconsulting.com and will be bound by the terms of this agreement. Your participation in the Affiliate Program is solely for the purpose of legally
advertising our website to receive a commission on products purchased by individuals you refer to this website.
2. Affiliate Commission Payments
Commissions for affiliate program participants are Paid
ONLY via PayPal , we DO NOT OFFER any other payment methods (NO Checks or Money Orders).
Commissions are paid only to the applicant and there are no
exceptions to this policy. Affiliate members are responsible for all taxes, which may vary according to the state or country of residence of an applicant, and it is your sole responsibility to be aware of and meet
these requirements.
Payments are sent out by PayPal in the first week of each month, for the past month's commissions, for all affiliates who have reached the $50 minimum balance. If you do not meet the
minimum requirement in a given month your commission will be carried over to the next month and combined with future commissions until you meet the $50 minimum requirement.
You may NOT receive credit for referring yourself to 300kconsulting.com.
3. Affiliate Payment Schedule
Eligible Payments - ALL affiliate monies owed for orders generated as a result of affiliate referral sales will be held for 30 days after the transaction completion date of an order, this allows us time to adjust sales for returns, exchanges or canceled orders. Payments will be calculated and payments sent to affiliates during the first week of any given month according to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
Affiliate Payments - You will be marketing our entire product range to potential customers with more products to be added later on. We offer a 40% Commission on all sales of our products.
Payments to affiliates will not be paid in amounts less than $50.00 USD. When your affiliate account total reaches the $50.00 minimum, your payment will be sent via PayPal, provided all orders generated by
your website meet the conditions set forth above.
4. Affiliate Eligibility
Affiliates are not required to have a website to participate in our Affiliate Program, however we require
affiliates who do not have a website to explain exactly how they plan to promote our site. We reserve the right to cancel the membership of any affiliate who we feel is not promoting our website in a legal or
acceptable manner.
SPAM EMAIL IS NOT TOLERATED. You must also be of a legal age to enter into a business agreement (see section 12).
300kconsulting.com’s directors, employees, employee’s spouse, direct family members and relatives are prohibited to sign up as Affiliate Partner.
5. Revocation of affiliate Status
Your
affiliate application, membership and/or status in the Affiliate Program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons at our sole discretion:
· Failure to provide true and/or accurate information during the signup process.
· Failure to provide true and/or accurate information at any point during your membership.
· Inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks)
· ANY form of Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc...)
· Advertising on sites containing or promoting pornography or illegal activities
· Violation of intellectual property rights of this or ANY other entity.
Participants caught violating or attempting
to circumvent these rules will have all affiliate credit voided and will not receive any payouts. In addition, they will be banned from further and future participation in our affiliate program.
6. Affiliate Links and Promotional Materials
You may use graphic and text links both on your website and in emails. The 300kconsulting.com website may also be advertised "offline" in classified
ads, magazines and newspapers. You may use the graphics and text provided to you by us, or you may create your own graphics and ads, however all graphics, text or other materials YOU create MUST first be approved in
advance by 300kconsulting.com.
7. Affiliate Tracking Methods
When a Web surfer clicks through to our site using your affiliate link, a cookie is set in their browser that contains your
affiliate ID. Also, their IP address is tracked in the database along with your affiliate ID. When this person decides to buy a product the script will look for this cookie and/or try to match their IP address to
identify the affiliate who referred the Web surfer.
Visitors sent through your affiliate link may make a purchase later in time and the commission will still be awarded if the cookie is present in their
browser and/or they are using the same IP address as the one logged in the database during one of their previous sessions. Our cookies are set for ONE YEAR so you will receive your commission fee if the visitor
returns within one year to make a purchase.
8. Responsibilities of Your Website
You are solely responsible for the operation and maintenance of your website and for all materials that
appear on your website, whether or not these materials were furnished by 300kconsulting.com.
9. Right of Limited Use
We grant you limited rights to access our website according to the terms
and conditions contained in this Agreement, for the sole purpose of obtaining links and graphics for your site, checking statistics related to your membership and accessing materials we provide to help you increase
your sales. This right may be revoked at any time at our sole discretion, and may be revoked immediately if you are found to be in breach of any of the terms of this agreement.

All materials in this website are Copyright ©2009 by 300KCONSULTING.COM , all rights reserved. Text, graphics, databases, HTML code, and all other intellectual property are protected by Malaysian and
International Copyright Laws, and may not be copied, reprinted, published, reengineered, translated, hosted, or otherwise distributed by any means without written and authorized permission from 300kconsulting.com.
All trademarks on this site are the property of their respective owners.
11. 300kconsulting.com Privacy Agreement
You agree that all communications between you and 300kconsulting.com are
confidential, and will not be disclosed to other parties. This information may include, but is not limited to commission structure, product information, product pricing, wholesale pricing, website operations,
vendors, other affiliates and any other information whether or not it appears in publicly accessible sections of our site.
12. Legal Age of Affiliates
To participate in the
300kconsulting.com Affiliate Program you must be at least 18 years of age, and in some states or countries the age to join an Affiliate Program or enter into this or any business agreement may be higher. If you are
not sure whether your state or country allows you to join our affiliate program by entering into this agreement, please STOP NOW and exit this page. It is your sole responsibility to determine your eligibility to
become an affiliate of 300kconsulting.com.
13. Terms of the agreement
These affiliate terms will commence upon your signup with the 300kconsulting.com Affiliate Program and will end when
your affiliate account is terminated and all monies owed you are paid in full. The terms of this agreement may be modified by us at any time, without notice and it is your obligation to return to this page to check
for updates to this agreement. If any modification to the terms is unacceptable to you, your recourse is the termination of your affiliate account. By continuing to participate in the Affiliate Program you are
acknowledging your acceptance of any changes made to this agreement.
14. Liability
We will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate
tracking failures, loss of database files, and any results of "intents of harm" to the program or our website. We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the Affiliate Program
and/or products sold at this site. We make no claim that the operation of the affiliate program and our website will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.
Affiliate further agrees and warrants that he/she will comply with all local, state and federal laws (including, but not limited to, the "CAN-SPAM" Act, effective January 1, 2004)
regarding the sending of e-mails.
Affiliate shall indemnify and hold 300kconsulting.com harmless from any and all legal actions, damages or liabilities incurred from the day-to-day operations of
affiliate. Under no circumstances will 300kconsulting.com be liable whether in tort, contract or otherwise for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages (including but not limited to damages
for any loss of revenue, profits, business interruption, loss of business information or data, loss of goodwill, work stoppage, hardware or software failure, or other pecuniary loss) arising from or relating to any
provision of this Agreement or the program. Without limiting the foregoing, 300kconsulting.com aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement will not exceed the total fees paid or payable to affiliate
under this agreement.
300kconsulting.com will own all right, title and interest in and to all information that is created or collected in the operation of the 300kconsulting.com website and reserves the
right to amend or terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without notice to affiliate.
The laws of Malaysia shall govern this Agreement. Should there be any legal dispute between the parties, then both
parties agree to take the matter before arbitration/mediation in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia should 300kconsulting.com request arbitration/mediation in lieu of formal legal process.
By filling out the signup form you acknowledge that you have read the terms and conditions above for the 300kconsulting.com Affiliate Program, and furthermore that you understand and agree
with the affiliate terms and conditions set forth therein.
