Lately we have been receiving a lot of unwanted emails from spammers through our Contact Form here at this site. These spammers used online "robots" to spam us with unwanted advertisements and other spam materials.
As a precaution we have decided to add another layer of security to our Contact Form to avoid these spammers.

Why 24 - 48 hours for our response?
We have a Customer Support Dept where if you have any questions on GPC you can just send in your questions by email to our Customer Support staff at email@example.com .
Our Customer Support staff will respond within 48 hours. We already have in place a system where questions from members go through several levels of response.
1st Level - our Customer Support staff will try to answer your question. More than 50% of the questions we received can usually be resolved at this level. If they cannot answer it satisfactorily then they will send your question to the 2nd level.
2nd level- at this level your question will be sent to our own GPC team in our HQ for their input and opinion. As they work in the field every day with clients from all over the world, we believe they have a better understanding of the subject at hand as they are exposed to all kinds of “interesting” situations everyday. They may have an alternative idea or approach to your problem. We believe they can give you some very good ideas on how to run your GPC business. If they cannot answer your question satisfactorily at this level then your question will go to the 3rd level.
3rd level- at this level your question will land on Mr Shahrul’s table. He will personally answer it by email. Be patient though as our Group Chairman is a very busy man.
To be on the safe side, please send in your questions by email to us TWICE on different days (example - send in your email to us today and resend it again tomorrow - allow a minimum gap of at least 12 hours between those emails).
Sometimes we do not receive the first email and you will be waiting for an answer while we have no idea at all about that email you sent us earlier.
This incident has happened a few times already especially with emails coming in from YahooMail and Gmail users.
